Explore Yosemite Gold Country with Us

Yosemite Gold Country is not just a place, it’s a state of mind. Its cultural roots go deep; thousands of years before the “discovery” of Gold or Yosemite Valley. Our rich and diverse cultural roots are nurtured by some of the most spectacular gifts of nature in the world. How can anybody not experience this grand and noble place without feeling that their life is a little better for having spent some time exploring this wonderous Region.

The mission of the Yosemite Gold Country Network is to help you make the most of the time you have to share with us. Through the collective efforts of resident volunteers, business owners and public servants/representatives who work with local, State and Federal agencies in the region, we have created a unique community environment. Through the use of cutting-edge communications technology, we have created the opportunity for you to experience our home from your home anyplace in the world, at any time day or night.

When you have the opportunity to join us for a visit, our Network is available on your Mobile Device and we can connect you “live” with places, events, information resources, and more. Not only can we get you “connected” but we can help you learn about what you are seeing; our cultural events, historical sites, natural environment is all available via our Yosemite Gold Country Network.

We hope that our Network resources, comprised of several Internet based publication elements:

  • a Travel App broadcast to a mobile device (Android or iPhone),
  • a Web site,
  • various Social media platforms,
  • a Roku Channel,
  • and a Weekly on-line eNewsletter about the events, activities and opportunities in our region,

combine to bring you a more rewarding experience in Yosemite Gold Country.

Help us help you to stay in touch with Yosemite Gold Country by subscribing to our newsletter.
